Exclusive Furniture offers a six (6) month 0-20% down
layaway with no mininum or scheduled payments. Once the account is paid in
full the furniture if arrived is scheduled for delivery or pickup. At the
approval of the seller a layaway may be extended, applied towards another invoice,
cancelled and sometimes changed.
SPECIAL
ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION
Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on
hand at the time order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays
in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand,
availability of materials. All special orders require 14-20 working days to
arrive. Transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of
the seller.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ยท NO REFUNDS
ALL EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SELLER APPROVAL. A mininum
fee of 25% of the purchase price will be assessed (re-stocking fee) on seller approved
returns exchanges or cancellations. Buyer assumes all risks associated with
transportation of merchandise picked up. Buyer agerees to measure doorways
and stairways before ordering as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased
that is to large to fit. Seller cannot move, haul or rearrange old furniture.
Seller makes no warrranty beyond and written description itemized on this order.

ALL LAYAWAYS REQUIRE 16 WORKING DAY NOTICE BEFORE FINAL DELIVERY OR PICK UP.
EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE DOES NOT HOLD ANY LIABILITIES FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED TO YOUR
APARTMENT OR HOUSE WHILE DELIVERY THE FURNITURE.
